Book Review

The book that I am reviewing today is called "The Ravenmaster: My Life With Ravens At The Tower of London." The author of the book is Christopher Skaife. He currently serves as a yeoman warder at the Tower of London, and he is the Ravenmaster of the ravens who live at the Tower.
This is one of the best books that I've read for awhile. The book gives detail about the ravens who currently make their home at the Tower. Mr. Skaife goes into detail about how the ravens are cared for on a daily basis. Throughout the book, the author relates incidents from the lives of the ravens both good and bad.
I liked how the author weaved in information about his own life and experiences in the book. He was able to show how his experiences in the military prepared him for his current responsibilities.
In addition to providing information about the ravens that live at the Tower of London now, the author provides a great deal of information about ravens in general. He provides a list of books in the the back of this book so that people can learn more about ravens in the wild.
Another interesting part of the book was the section on ravens in literature. The author gives a thorough overview of the role that ravens have played in famous stories, novels and poems.
I would recommend this book for those who are interested in animals and in history. The book is easy to read, and I found it a fun and interesting book.
